Time and Material Repairs

There is no maintenance contract under this option. Preventive Maintenance and repairs will be made to your equipment at our standard rates and materials will be charged as they are used.

NECOCARE

NECOCARE is a program designed to ensure proper preventive maintenance scheduling and procedures. NECO Systems will design a program for each piece of equipment based on hourly usage of the equipment, operating environment, age of the equipment, and maintenance intervals. The NECOCARE program includes all labor and travel (at a discounted rate) required to perform the manufacturer’s recommendations for preventive scheduled maintenance. The cost of parts and supplies used (fluids, cleaners, paints, lubricants, etc.) will be billed as used. This plan includes a follow-up report on the condition of the equipment with pricing for any recommended repairs or services.

NECOPLUS

The NECOPLUS program covers the contracted equipment for all labor, travel, parts, supplies, and materials to perform scheduled maintenance as described in the NECOCARE program, plus all labor, travel, parts, supplies, and materials required to perform breakdown repairs and service during normal business hours. Under NECOPLUS, NECO assumes total responsibility for keeping the equipment in service and in good repair.
